"I’m not used to leaving a poor review, but our stay at the Taj palace was a hide disappointment. It started with Rakesh on the concierge desk being rude. I was talking to him, the phone went- he just stopped talking to me mid sentence and answered the phone. Didn’t even say excuse me or give me a moment. Our checkin was good.
