"I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My arrival day was fine but the next day I had to change my room three times. The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March. "A beautiful easy place to stay with plenty of room. We had a ‘2 bedroom’ which was a 1 bedroom and a hotel room with a main thoroughfare which was super spacious, the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is fantastic consistently topped up with cooked fresh items as it got low. We also got room service which was delicious. The location is a bit of a longer walk compared to others on Northbourne if you wanted to access the shopping centre but doable. Would stay here again and again. "

"First room overlooked construction site toilets, not pleasant. Then had issues with hot water, which came good 2 hours later. Rooms were nice, clean and tidy. "

"Zeha and Martin are stellar employees. Very helpful staff and a fantastic experience. The entire team there are great. I was told it gets cold inside the lobby in winter so perhaps the staff uniforms could be upgraded to pure merino Australian wool."

"Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!"

Rooms are great with modern bathrooms--they actually have room by sink for you toilteries--so tired of modent minimalist designs that don't work. The main corridors are due for carpet, and the TV selection was.....minimal"

"The shower was the worst - The water temperature had no consistency, it was just going between hot and cold non-stop. One of the bed covers had what looked like a cigarette burn in it And I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the place was fine, room was very dark which we appreciated, it was clean enough too."
