The owner of the hotel was charming and helpful and showed us where to have an excellent dinner in a Chinese restaurant nearby in the village. She even drove us to the nearby Reed Flute Cave as we were unable to call a taxi, and when we left she called a taxi for us and told the driver where to leave...

"The front desk staff, Maggie Hu, was amazing. She helped us with booking a six seater luxury van to help us get from our hotel to the Longji terraces on such a last minute request.

"Best hotel on Guilin"

"Amazing place to stay at. The staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Very pleasant stay. "

"The room is clean. The host speak no English. The beds is too hard. Not very comfortable."

"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"

"The building was neglected. The bathroom was very dirty. The staff hardly spoke, they just frowned."
