Villa In own Grounds 4/5 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Mauritius.

The villa is set in its own grounds with coconut palms, bougainvillea and many other tropical plants and flowering shrubs. If you are a nature lover you will delight in watching the many species of brightly coloured birds that visit the garden. There are easy chairs and a low table on the covered veranda and for outside dining a large dining table and chairs in the garden beyond it . There is also a dining table in the lounge/ dining room. The kitchen is next to the dining table area. The lounge area has a settee, two easy chairs, TV and coffee table. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one en-suite and the bathroom. Upstairs there are two double rooms one with a covered balcony overlooking the garden. The villa has a safe and an alarm system. There is a landline for incoming calls only and free Wi-Fi.
The villa is suitable for wheelchair users. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. The living space, lounge, dining room, kitchen, patio and garden are all ground floor without steps.

Sevice charge.
There is a one off cleaning fee of 2, 300 Mauritian Rupees (approximately £50) payable in cash during your stay at the villa to the owners sister, Veda.

Sehr angenehm - schön am Abend im Garten und morgens die vielen Vögel - veda ist eine freundliche Empfang und hat uns das Haus so sauber und erklärend übergeben - wir waren drei Wochen im Appartement und konnten auch während des cyklon dort bleiben , da unsere Flüge storniert und verschoben wurden - vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber

Satisfaits de notre séjour

Après une première semaine avec un certain nombre de problèmes qui ont été résolus avec l’aide de Veda, nous avons pu profiter de cette propriété confortable et bien située : 5 minutes de la plage de Pereybere et à 3 minutes à pieds d’une petite supérette. Des restaurants sont également à proximité et Grand Baie n’est pas si loin. Merci pour ce séjour.

Tres bon choix pour teletravailler dans le village/plage de Pereybere tres sympa a vivre. seulement 2 chambres sur 4 avec portes, lits 140, petit jardin arboré plein d'oiseaux, un peu en retrait de la route en fond de parcelle. Wifi ok. Menage chaque semaine.

Wir waren höchst zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit und der freundlichen Aufnahme durch unsere Vermieter, ein bis zwei Hinweise vielleicht noch um das für den Vermieter preiswerter zu gestalten, wenn man einen mobilen Ventilator im Haus hätte könnte man die Stromkosten für die Klimaanlage erheblich zu senken ebenso ein Stopp in de Spüle in de Küche , da läuft nicht all das Wasser weg . Ansonsten kann man das Haus unbedenklich weiter empfehlen.

Maison mauricienne

La maison est spacieuse, on peut profiter de la terrasse. L emplacement est top, près de la mer et d un supermarché, à pied. Véda, la personne qui nous reçoit est très agréable. Nous n avons pas aimé les aboiements incessants jour et nuit de 2 chiens voisins et la difficulté à joindre la personne qui s occupe de la location ainsi que les propriétaires.

The property was within walking distance to the beach. Parking not to easy as impossible to do a three point turning in the driveway. Very narrow driveway otherwise excellent. impossible to contact the property lady on our last day.

Great location

As described the property is a 5 minute walk to Pereybere beach, which in my opinion is a great little beach. Close to everything you may need including a grocery store and several great local restaurants - a three minute walk to Les Saveur d’isle is highly recommended. Excellent communication with the owner who always responded quickly to my questions. You will be greeted by Veda who will ensure the place is clean for your arrival. Our flight arrived early morning and when we arrived early at the property Veda allowed us to check in early put our luggage away. Veda is a very nice lady. Overall a good stay at the property. Than you.

Bonjour, le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de m'aviser avant mon arrivée qu'il y avait de lourds travaux sur la parcelle adjacente à sa propriété. Donc, j'ai annulé ma réservation. Perfect clean apartment with a pleasant landlord

We are overwhelmed by this house. Very nice accommodation, exactly as the pictures. For the price you get more than you might expect. The annex at right contains 2 more bedrooms on the 1st floor, at left is the bungalow, all on one level where you live. The house is set back from the road, you only hear little traffic noise but living is very quiet. The kitchen is superbly equipped, just like at home. When you sit on the terrace and look in the small garden, various birds occasionally drop by for a visit and enjoy a few pieces of toast. The landlady is very nice and helpful and reply quick.The housekeeper Veda takes care of everything on arrival and departure and cleans the house very thoroughly. Winners supermarket is about a 4-minute walk away, the larger Super U in Grand Baye is about 10 minutes by car. You can get freshly caught fish daily from ca 9.30am at the church Notre-Dame Auxiliatrice (red roof), which is around 4km away. If you want, you can pay a few rupees to gut the fish on the other side of the church. A car is recommended, also because you can drive along the coast and visit various beaches. Note: The entrance to the property is very narrow, easy to overlook. From Winners supermarket it´s approx 70m on the right side directly behind "Residence Le Chateau" entrance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book here again on our next trip to Mauritius. This accommodation definitely deserves the full 10 points for this price and is highly recommended.

Traumhafte Woche in Pérybère

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dem Haus in Pérybère verbracht. Der erste Eindruck war: „Wow, supergemütlich“ - gerade weil das Haus schon ein wenig älter ist, hat es sehr viel Charme. Die meiste Zeit haben wir im Garten (Wichtig: nach dem Sonnenschirm fragen) verbracht und die vielen, schönen Vögel beobachtet. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, haben wir nur eine Haushälfte genutzt. Leider gibt es nur beim Haupteingang eine abschließbare Türvergitterung, Nebeneingang und Balkontür sind nur durch eine einfache Holztür zu verschließen. Daher der Tipp, sich die vorhandene Alarmanlage erklären lassen. Das haben wir versäumt, aber wir hatten glücklicherweise keinen ungebetenen Besuch… Wir kommen wieder!

Our wonderful stay in Pereybere

We had a wonderful time at the Twin Towers! Before coming here, we could have several conversations with the owner and we immediately realized we were in good hands. The location is just perfect, near the supermarket and the gorgeous Pereybere Beach, not to mention the nice bars and restaurants. Grand Baie is 5 minutes far from the house. We rented a car, so we could explore better, but we also enjoyed the immediate surroundings. The house is big, clean and very well looked after by Veda, our host. She cleaned the house many times during our two weeks stay and helped us in any way possible. We could not answer for more and we will definitely come back again.

Juli 2019, Haus Twin Tower Pereybere, Familie 4 Personen

Wir waren zu viert (Eltern und 2 Jungs 15+17) für 23 Nächte hier. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, liegt an der Royal Rd. 2 Minuten zum Supermarkt und ca. 4-5 Minuten zum Schnorchelstrand oder zum public beach, zu Fuß. beides gut, am Strand kann gut geschwommen werden, zeitweise mit Wasserschildkröten. Das Haus hat an Inventar das was nötig ist, mit ausgestatteter Küche, 4 Betten und 2 Badezimmer. Die Räume, 5, sind nicht alle durch Türen getrennt, für uns war das kein Problem. Moskitonetze sollte man dabei haben! Außen guter Platz zum Grillen und verweilen. Das Haus wird durch eine Baustelle von der Straße getrennt, hier wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gearbeitet. Es liegt etwas zurück von der Straße ohne direkte Einsicht. Bei Fütterung finden sich viele Vögel ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns 3 X in der Zeit hier gesehen. Pereybere ist OK, mit Tauchschulen ++++, von hier aus kann die Insel erkundet werden. Wir haben hier eine gute Zeit gehabt, vielleicht etwas zu lang. Viel Spaß auf Mauritius!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus, zentral aber doch angenehm ruhig gelegen.

Wir haben in der Villa unseren Urlaub vom 9. bis 23.Oktober 2018 verbracht und wurden dort sehr freundlich empfangen, nachdem uns der von den Besitzern organisierte Transferdienst pünktlich und ebenfalls sehr freundlich vom Flughafen abgeholt hatte. Man kann es sich hier sowohl auf der Terrasse bei Vogelgezwitscher und einem guten Buch gemütlich machen, als auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung wunderbare Bade- und Schnorchelplätze finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige, sehr gute Restaurants findet man nur wenige Meter von der Villa entfernt. Das alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem sollte man es sich nicht nehmen lassen, die Insel per Mietwagen oder mit Hilfe eines Guides zu erkunden. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub! Unser Tipp: für die Nacht empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein über dem Bett angebrachtes Moskitonetz.

Thoroughly recommend. Perfwctly situated for beautiful beaches and all amenities and facilities

Our family/friends holiday over Christmas 2017 and New Year 2018 was fantastic. Our accommodation (Twin Towers Perybere) was great in terms of its location being a short walk from the beaches nearby. Excellent swimming at Perybere Beach but also a short walk of the quieter Bain Beouff beach. Twin Towers was a perfect locatiion for our visit to Mauritius near to all the amenities anyone could need, including being in a bus/taxi route for those who want to explore a bit further, and peaceful to relax in the garden which is set back from the road. The accommodation was spotless, courtesy from the friendly Vida and John, nothing being too much trouble for them Thus is my second visit to Twin Towers and hopefully I will ge lucky enough to return. Grande maison et beau jardin

Pas d'accueil du propriétaire qui reste joignable uniquement au tél. Pour info il y a 2 villas et une petite maison dans le même jardin L' alarme de la maison ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et n'a pas été réparée pendant notre séjour de 15 jours malgré notre demande par tél. Le logement était mal nettoyé à notre arrivée : présence de fourmis dans la cuisine et de blattes dans les placards. Pas d'eau chaude dans la petite cuisine, robinet d'eau froide uniquement. Pendant notre séjour le robinet mélangeur de la salle de bain s'est bloqué , le robinet a été changé rapidement par le propriètaire par un mitigeur. A l'étage 2 chambres communicantes sans porte? La grande chambre du séjour au rez de chaussée est climatisée avec un lit confortable et un placard avec penderie pour le linge. La 2ème chambre du séjour au rez de chaussée n'est pas climatisée et communique avec la salle de bain sans porte et possède un placard. l'atout important de cette maison : le grand jardin est fermé et planté de cocotiers et d'un manguier et de plusieurs végétaux à fleurs. Villa située à 5mn de la plage et du supermarché.
