Window coverings have been added to the master bedroom window as well as the living room window (not updated in photos yet).
Pets are allowed - There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 +tax for one pet, $140+tax for two.

Guest Access:
You'll have private access to the entire 3 bedroom cabin. Guests are able to fish along the river and ponds, but only fly fishing is allowed and a CO fishing license is required. There are 2 parking spots available in front of the house. Pool/Hot Tub are shared with the community, please check "other things to note" section for schedule.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a great vacation community called the Cabins at Edgewater, which is primarily set up for guests, families and owners to enjoy the area. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, the river, and ponds for fishing. Great family weekend getaway!

Getting Around:
Pretty much all of our guests bring their car. The pool & hot tub are walking distance from the house (please see "other things to note" section for detailed info on pool/hot tub). The town of Granby, Ski Resorts and most Hiking requires a car.

Its a short drive to Winter Park and Granby Ranch ski resort with Steamboat Springs and Summit Country resorts within a 1-2 hr drive. Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a place for your group of friends, this is perfect for you. Other activities in the area include: mountain biking, kayaking, white water rafting, 4 wheel driving.

You can use the fire pit, but firewood is not provided.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON AS OF MONDAY NEXT WEEK, SEPTEMBER 8, 2025.

The hot tub schedule is as follows:
CLOSED - October - Nov 21
Opens: Nov 22 - Nov 27
Opens: Fri-Sunday through Dec 23
Opens daily: Dec 23 to Dec 31
Open: January - April: Friday - Sunday
CLOSED April 24-May 29th
Opens: daily June -August
(Refunds will not be given if the hot tub/pool are not available as the HOA makes the schedule and it is subject to change.)

All fishing is catch and release, with fly fishing on the river and ponds, and lure fishing being allowed on the kids pond.
