"Wow, just wow! Staying at the Gelsberg am Alm hotel is a great experience! If you only plan to visit Salzburg once in a lifetime, you cannot be wrong by staying here. It's located 15 min driving from the Salzburg centre, and what an awesome panoramic view of Salzburg and the majestic mountains you get by staying here! The room was spatious and clean, with access to the balcony. The location in the forest ensures you get peace and quiet. Everything perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. And...

"Good clean rooms staff very helpful I didn’t try breakfast so I don’t know good or bad but every time go pass smells very good . parking available but it’s 3 min walk only have one issue there is no air conditioning in room so in summer bit hot rooms other then that it’s really good experience."

"Nice location"

"Excellent location for railway station. Reasonable food nearby. Hotel room and facilities solidly decent."

"The apartment was close to bus stops, restaurants and a small supermarket. The area was not too busy as was away from the main Salzburg tourist attractions. The apartment was very comfortable, with daily room service available. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed the coffee machine. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with friendly staff and some fresh food cooked to order. We would definitely stay again."

Der Frühstücks Bereich ist gelinde gesagt mit den angebotenen Speisen definitiv eher Bahnhofs Feeling, überhaupt keine...

"We loved this small boutique hotel. Lots of character, lovely owners and staff. Good location, close to pedestrian area and old town. We would definitely return but longer next time."

However, the overall amenities and service fell short of expectations. Basic room amenities were not replenished promptly, and when I approached the concierge to request additional body wash and shampoo, the staff actually offered liquid hand soap as a substitute. This is simply unacceptable, especially...
