"The room had a very strong Chemical smell that hit me in the face as soon as I opened the door. It gave me a headache. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable as well. The sheets and pillowcases looked like someone had already Slept on them. The room overall looked very old, run down and was not cleaned well. I would not choose this hotel ever again."

"There was an awful odor on the second floor that I’m sure was coming from someone’s room but it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We overpaid and were told we were discounted. Finding out that others paid $40 less for their room. The upside is that it is conveniently location and close to food places etc."

"Dee was excellent at checking. Also kind explaining heat/air when I was confused. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, it was one of the best supplied, cleanest breakfast I have encountered in recent years. I expressed my appreciation to Robin in the breakfast area as we watched her clean, stock and restock while we ate. Morning front desk attendants were also helpful providing a forgotten toothbrush and paste. This was one of the best overnight stay we have enjoyed in quite some time!"

"This is a good property. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. We had a suite, and the kitchen was decently appointed. The property is not in the congested part of Mooresville which is nice. I would stay here again. My only caveat is there is no housekeeping until the seventh day. We stayed for six nights, and it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once. Anything can be replenished, etc., but I really don’t stay at a hotel to take towels to a desk for exchange....
