First impression of meetup , the woman from Bliss was abrupt and overly pushy. But better interaction with other office manager Vignette. Home was not like photographs. Cleaning not up to scratch. Dirty diapers found from previous stayers, and property just unkept. Owners need to step up and do regular maintenance and keep on top of problems. Broken doors, door handles, cupboards lights and rubbish around outside disgusting. My family have never seen such a rental in all the years we have traveled the world and Australia. For the money it was a rip off, but once management of Bliss realised it was priced way too high they have refunded a small amount. I just hope that in future the problems are fixed for their future clientele. If it was up to scratch it could make a lovely place to visit, on the inlet where we did catch fish. Manta rays in abundance, the pool kept us cool and the laundry facilities useful. TVs did not really work well and lounges need repairing or replacing. The doors on ensuite are ridiculous, they are not inside doors and people with shoulder, hand or back problems cannot glide them. Beware. Overall family holiday done, great to be with family and being close to Shopping Centre was a plus. Would I use this company again? Not sure. Our family score gave it a 4/10.
