Bnb Booking is excited to host you and wants to ensure you have a relaxing stay. To create a seamless experience, we’ve outlined some important details and house rules.

##Important Information##

➖We do not take same day bookings after 6pm at night for same day check in. If you have booked after 6pm to check in that night you must cancel within the next hr to receive a full refund as you will be blocking our forward calendar. If you do not cancel and leave the dates blocked no refund will be issued. Our Staff finish at 6 pm. You need to reach out to airbnb to get a full refund as they have your payment.
➖No schoolies
➖No loud noise/ no party or events of any kind. - Quiet hours from 9 pm - 7am Body corporate laws otherwise eviction could occur
➖We take a external charge hold bond to airbnb $500
➖Respect our neighbours
➖Call out fee from our security $150 first call out. 2nd Call out $500 charge and immediate eviction. NEIGHBOUR COMPLAINTS/SECURITY CHARGES: Actions by guests that result in neighbour complaints or Security/ Police being called to the Property will result in forfeiting their bond ($1000) and a additional charge of $3,000 the above charges.
➖Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Hosts as a result of the breach or damage to the property. If the security officer has concerns about the noise or activities taking place on the property, he has the owner’s consent to enter the property to inspect the property and make enquiries as he sees fit to ensure the property is being used as per guest booking contract. If the security officer finds additional unauthorised guests on the property, then the owner/bnbbooking has the right to forfeit the entire bond and immediate eviction Use of the Property and The Residential Neighbourhood A charge of $2,000 will be incurred should any type of function, party or gathering be held in the property and the booking will be terminated immediately with no refund of tariff. Unfortunately, where damage has occurred, whether accidental or otherwise, the additional cleaning and/or replacement costs will be charged. We do not wish to offend our holiday guests, as most guests respect the properties in which they are holidaying, however we need to advise everyone of extra charges applicable in such circumstances.
➖SMOKING: This is a non-smoking apartment . Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 Additional "Smoke Damage" Cleaning Fee to remove smoke odours from the house and/or linens. -listing must be left in a good cleanliness condition and furniture put back to original position otherwise, extra fee will apply.
➖Only guests who are staying are allowed unless prior arranged. Charges for guests not authorised $500 per night for the length of the stay.
➖Check in from 3pm checkout 10 am unless otherwise organised.
Overstaying will be charged at $100 per hour while cleaners wait. If we don't have a back to back booking a half day charge of $300 will give you a 2pm checkout with 24hrs notice
➖Only guests who are staying are allowed unless prior arranged.

➖ Strictly quiet hours 9pm

Great Location

The unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, will definitely stay again. The location was amazing and we didnt have to use our car because we were so close to everything. Our precious pooch was also welcome and enjoyed his stay with daily beach swims just over the road. Highly recommend! A

Fantastic location at Broadbeach

Fantastic location at Broadbeach close to all the main amenities and for a bonus cross the road from the beach and beautiful parks and the win-win was being able to take our pets

The apartment had a lovely layout and the decor was lovely. Loved the lounge are and enclosed outdoor balcony with a lovely view. Wish we could have stayed longer

Central location, comfortable apartment, old building

Despite being a beautifully renovated apartment and very centrally located to the Oasis precinct, Pacific Fair, and across the road from the beach, what lets this apartment down is the age of the building. The lift is poorly maintained and a bit of steel was protruding which cut my daughter. The car park height is actually only 1.7m, not 1.95m as advertised so if your car does not fit under 1.7, you will struggle to find street parking in the 3P and 4P zone and will have to move your car around all day in a very busy car parking zone. Unfortunately the fabric lounge and feather down throw pillows caused some allergic reactions in my family. Also the portable air-conditioners in the bedrooms are very noisy and we could not sleep with them at night. Luckily we stayed in April, so the nights were not that hot. Nevertheless we still enjoyed the central location to the shops, entertainment precinct and the beach, and being able to bring our small dog on holidays was great.

Good, but could be better.

Finding the accomodation was difficult as the wording regarding how to get there was unclear. The unit itself was clean and relatively spacious. One final thing to note is the electronic lock on the door to the apartment is hard to operate and we were locked out a couple of times despite knowing the code.
