The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. "My room was on the 5th floor. Foot traffic through the elevator was manageable and not challenging. The room itself had rust in the tub and the tv remote had ductape holding in the batteries. There weren’t many channels to watch so you better bring your own accommodations for streaming and entertainment. The light bar on the bed frame that illuminates the room would not turn off! There’s got to be a secret to turning it off but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. My stay was average at best, but...

"There needs to be improvements on the cleaning standards. Upon entering the room it smelled of moisture like there was a leak or excess water in the room. Throughout the room i found hair on the desk, pillows, bathroom and shower walls. I would recommend staff covering hair while cleaning. Also not sure how often the floors are vaccumed found a chocolate milk bottle lid at the base of the bed frame. Location was conveniently located. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "
