  • Esta súper casa de cuatro habitaciones ubicada a solo unos pasos de la playa en el área de Ocean Park Loop en Northern DeBordieu Colony es perfecta para toda la familia. Esta comunidad privada cerrada está rodeada por una reserva natural y ubicada en algunas de las mejores playas de la costa de Hammock. Esta casa cuenta con una suite principal en la planta baja y en la planta superior con cama king size, área de descanso y baños privados. El tercer dormitorio en la planta superior cuenta con un conjunto de literas y dos camas individuales y el cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. Estos dos dormitorios comparten un baño de salón. En la planta baja hay un medio baño, cocina completa y cómoda sala de estar y comedor. Cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y amplia sala de estar. Las comodidades adicionales incluyen: bicicletas, parrilla de gas de tamaño completo, sillas de playa, juguetes de arena, ducha exterior con agua fría y caliente, amplia biblioteca de DVD, computadora e impresora, juego para jugar, silla alta, puerta para bebés y mucho más. Esta casa también cuenta con una membresía del club que incluye acceso a restaurantes, canchas de tenis, gimnasio, cancha de vóleibol de arena, múltiples piscinas, área de juegos para niños, cancha de básquetbol, tiki bar frente al mar y golf con tarifas aplicables.

It wasn't clear in the listing that you had to go to a separate location to get the key. They should install a keypad like everyone else. Also, they said they had a hottub on the property. No they didn't. The proximity to the beach was excellent.

Perfect Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home and very well decorated. We loved it was just steps to the new boardwalk. We can't wait to go back.

The home was beautiful , spotless and perfectly appointed, especially the kitchen. Nice layout, open enough for gathering but still had areas where you could escape to read or recharge. The only suggestion I have for the owners is that they provide full-length mirrors. We were there for a wedding and that would have been nice to have. When we visit Debordieu again we will definitely ask for Island House. Tidelife Rentals is great to work with, very easy check in process. Take advantage of the bike and local golf cart rentals. A wonderful week .

We cannot say enough about the memories we made with all the groomsmen in this house. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach, and had beach rental items there when we arrived. The house was clean, lots of towels , and the kitchen was well equipped, supplied with dishes, coffee maker etc. We had a wonderful time and can’t say enough about this house. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay here. We would also recommend Tidelife Vacation Rental, they were kind and hospitable. They all were a 10!!

The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is awesome. Only 1/2 block from the beach which you can access via the boardwalk. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. The hurricane did ruin the bikes and beach chairs so just an fyi. Hope they will be replaced at some point. TideLife was very easy to work with and addressed our few and small concerns quickly. Would highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we’ve stayed in this house and it’s very convenient to the beach as well as being very comfortable for a family of eight. The kitchen could not be better equipped-in fact there is more cookware here than I have at home. We have loved the bike trails as well as the privacy of the beach. The golf course is excellent. We’ve eaten at the Rustic Table each year and have not been disappointed-delicious food wonderful service!

Island House Paradise

Our stay began well with a nice homey chat with the Tidelife staff when we checked in. They made us feel right at home from the start and the feeling only got stronger as the stay progressed. The house is just a half block walk to the beach. We walked the beach every day and rode bikes(supplied with the house) on the community cart/bike paths every evening. The kitchen was fully supplied with all cooking/dining utensils we needed plus an excellent stainless steel barbecue grill in the back yard. The house was very beach friendly with hard surfaces that were easy to keep clean of sand.Overall our experience was everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend Tidelife Vacation Rentals and the Island House.

The confederate jasmine was blooming in the hedge and the smell wafted over the front porch as we drank our morning coffee and cocktails on the front porch. Hummingbirds were visiting the bottle brush bushes, which were also blooming. The beds were comfortable and common area was engaging, with an open kitchen/dining area adjacent to the sitting area so that everyone could engage in conversation before, during and after meals.

The beach is less than a minute walk, and the access is close to the Beach Club but far enough way to have your own area. Pawleys Island is less than 10 minutes away, and Georgetown is closer. Tidelife made this experience absolutely perfect and easy. The home was spotless, and checking in and out was effortless. Tidelife and this home are both top notch. Highest recommendation for both!

Driving into DeBordieu is like entering another world of peace and serenity-truly a restful place. Family Beach Trip 2021

This property was in a fabulous location, just around the corner from the beach access. The amenities of DeBordieu were great!! The house does need some TLC but nothing that really hampered our stay.
