  • This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street above a quiet real estate company, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building. This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy this beautiful historic town.

This rental is exquisite and immaculately clean. Beautiful towels, nicely stocked kitchen, easy parking in the rear. Easy walk to the harbor walk, museums, and restaurants.The bed was very comfortable.

We loved this rental and would definitely rent it again! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment was perfect for two people, and very well stocked. There is nice, off street parking. The unit is so cute, nicely decorated and feels very safe. We walked a lot around Georgetown. The location is great! Thank you!!

There was everything I needed for my stay included in this very updated unit! Needed early check in and because there wasn’t anyone ahead of me the host was able to let me have early check in, which I appreciated!

The place was clean, near the Boardwalk with shops & restaurants. The tree lined neighborhood walking to the Boardwalk was nice, but in the summer with the sun baring down is better to park by the Boardwalk. It is a nine minute walk but it is better in the evening. The host was helpful and a wonderful artist, based on the artwork in the place we stayed. The walk up to the place was not bad but not for the elderly who might have issues with stairs.
