"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks."

"We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel."

"This is a two star hotel, but the quality at which it is kept makes it feel as though it is much, much better! Seriously happy with this hotel, very clean, close to everything (as every hotel in Zermatt is), good water pressure and hot water.
