Centrally located gallery apartment on the top floor with panoramic views of the mountains of the Garmisch Alps.

On 77 sqm you can expect enough space for up to 4 people! The maisonette apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

Immediately upon entering the apartment, you will notice with how much love the apartment was furnished. A fully equipped open kitchen unit with small bar awaits you. Refrigerator, Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, everything is available!

Also located here is the first of two bedrooms with double bed and small west balcony. From here you have a wonderful mountain view of the "Wank" and hear the gentle murmur of the Loisach. Right door to door is the first of the two bathrooms with bathtub and toilet. Continue into the bright living room with high ceiling and appealing modern furniture. For evening entertainment you can choose between the modern flat screen TV or some board games as well as books. Boredom is not guaranteed here!

From the living room you can access the second cozy balcony, which opens as a highlight an unobstructed breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif! Particularly pleasant: on both balconies there is carpeting, here you do not get cold feet!

From the living room there is then a staircase to the 2nd floor of the apartment, the gallery. Here is the dining table as well as the second bedroom with double bed and the second bathroom with shower.

You are welcome to use the free, but somewhat narrow underground parking space.

  • Top of Germany! The Zugspitze, at 2,962 m above sea level, is the highest peak of the Wetterstein Mountains as well as the highest mountain in Germany. It lies south of the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the Austria–Germany border runs over its western summit. South of the mountain is the Zugspitzplatt, a high karst plateau with numerous caves. On the flanks of the Zugspitze are three glaciers, including the two largest in Germany: the Northern Schneeferner with an area of 30.7 hectares and the Höllentalferner with an area of 24.7 hectares. The third is the Southern Schneeferner which covers 8.4 hectares.

I highly recommend this property!! It is a perfect location (across from Train Station / short walk to the pedestrian area of town)!! Super clean and well stocked for a family get away. The host was super friendly and easy to reach. And most importantly—the views are amazing from both balconies!!!

Geweldig appartement

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit appartement. Compleet ingericht en een super uitzicht op de Zugspitze. Parkeerplek in de parkeergarage is inderdaad erg krap terwijl 80% van de ruime plekken niet gebruikt worden, maar in de zijstraten is altijd wel een (kostenlos) plekje te vinden. Echt een superplek💪👍👊

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit winzigen Abstrichen

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war blitzeblank und genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt ist sie super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, da man sowohl schnell (10 min zu Fuß) an der historischen Ludwigstraße ist, als auch in der Innenstadt. Kleine Abzüge in der Bewertung gibt es aufgrund der Lage an einer starkbefahrenden Straße und da das Haus recht alt ist. Offensichtlich hat durch Corona länger keiner die Wohnung bewohnt, weshalb das Wasser aus dem Hahn zuerst gelblich verfärbt ausfloß. Das hat sich aber nach paar Minuten zum Glück gegeben. Werden beide Duschen gleichzeitig verwendet kann es ach mal gut sein, dass der Wasserdruck deutlich nachlässt und kurzzeitig wenig Wasser fließt. Zudem liegt eines der Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss, das selbst im Mai bei 13 Grad zu warm zum Schlafen ist und das Fenster auch nur minimal geöffnet werden kann, da es sonst rein regnet. Die ersten drei Tage war der Aufzug leider defekt, sodass wir unser Gepäck zu Fuß in den 4. Stock bringen mussten. Die Vermietung hat allerdings schnell reagiert und einen super Support geliefert. Der wunderschöne Blick auf die Alpen relativiert den anstrengenden Aufstieg ins oberste Stockwerk allerdings wieder. Trotz ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und uns stets wohl gefühlt.
