"Otelde her şey para üzerine kurulu, müşteri memnuniyetinin hiçbir önemi yok.

"Fantastic hotel! Ideally placed to walk to everything that you would want. Lots of places to eat, drink and entertainment. Hotel room, clean and spacious and the staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast which was varied and delicious. We also ate in the Cafe Paris on site, again friendly staff and great food. Finally we also went to Pepes!! Despite having difficulty in getting into the room via the hotel, we had a great night. Bar staff were super quick with drinks and a great...

"First the staff were friendly!
However I would not recommend or stop again.
The rooms are in need of some TLC with many scuff marks and some damage. The shower base/tray was very badly stained.
Rooms where serviced, but bins were not always emptied and surfaces were not cleaned.
Breakfast was disappointing, the hot stuff was only just warm, juices watered down and for three days there was no butter or margarine and no sliced bread. The buffet was not replenished and you always need to ask for...
