We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property enjoys a prime location near the Lido and vibrant entertainment options, offering easy access to an array of indoor and outdoor attractions. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of dining spots, coffee shops, grocery stores, and even a cinema at Forum Madeira, conveniently situated across the street. Additionally, the nearby bus stop, just outside the property, provides hassle-free connections to the airport and city centre, making exploration of the island a breeze!

São Martinho is one of the parishes in the city of Funchal. The parish includes the popular Lido area, a coastal district hub for tourism and leisure. Lido is known for its seaside promenade, swimming pools, and access to the Atlantic Ocean.

São Martinho is well-connected to the city centre of Funchal, allowing residents and visitors easy access to the capital's historical sites, museums, and vibrant atmosphere.

This property is close to Forum Shopping Center. Located right in the middle of the tourist area to the west of Funchal, this shopping centre, with nearly 20,000 m2 of floor space, has around 80 shops and a car park with room for 800 vehicles.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The Madeira Airport is just a 35-minute drive.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
