"Lovely quiet stay with very comfortable beds. Great room sizes and the bathrooms are very nicely done. The staff are the star of this hotel, super friendly. We requested something outside the norm to help with hospital appointments and the staff really went above and beyond to help us, made our stay and difficult hospital trips so much easier. "Warm welcome with lovely staff who never seemed to sleep(!) but always served with a smile. The menu had a good selection of dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed the homemade food which was tasty and generous in portion size. The spiced plum crumble was amazing and we were told they were homegrown plums! The room was lovely and exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean and neat. We loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended. "
