The rooms were warm so that is a plus. There was paper towel and tape over a hole in the wall over the bed. Not sure what that was for but we liked it. The gym was ice cold and the treadmill not working properly. The staff seemed to not care to be there. The front desk was not very kind or polite ...

Stayed in the apartment style rooms that are across the parking lot from the hotel. This was an upgrade given to us when we checked in. Kind of a pain to go back and forth between the two buildings when it is so cold outside. Breakfast buffet was very good. Giving 3 stars because the heat was blasting ...

The room was 27C and I could not lower the temperature. The room was tiny - not much room to manouver around. The window sill and cover for the radiator was coming off the wall. Plugs were limited. The elevator was not working and so to access the staircase you have to go outside to a separate entrance ...
