"The bed was very comfortable. The room was good sized, The room was not clean - the room could not have been vacuumed or the tile floor mopped. There was visible dirt/debris on the carpet in many places. There were stains on the tile from spills that were not cleaned. After walking bare foot in the room all night, when I got in the shower the next morning, black dirt washed off the bottom of my feet from going bare foot. "What I didn’t like was , I was booked in a room near the construction noise. When I complained about the noise my room was changed to a room far away from the noise. The question is why not place your customers away from the noise without them asking? Once you run out of rooms, then book near the noise if there is no other option. Also, I called the front desk and asked for additional hangers. After an hour I called again. The third time I asked if I come just come down and pick them up....
