LIVING ROOM
With a bright and open concept, the main floor creates a space where families can enjoy time together. Whether you’re whipping up a masterpiece in the kitchen or kicking back on the couch in front of the fireplace. There’s an entire wall of windows providing natural light to enjoy the outdoors at all times.

RECREATION ROOM
You’ll find a large and comfortable recreation room on the bottom floor. This is a huge benefit to families with kids who want to have their own space to spread out.

BEDROOMS

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed with a private ensuite and plenty of clothing storage.

Loft: Queen-sized bed with a privacy screen.

Bedroom #3 (Riverside): Queen-sized bed located downstairs with a dresser and a closet.

Bedroom #4 (Mountainside): Queen-sized bed and located downstairs as well.

Basement Living Room: Full pull-out sofa bed next to the fireplace.

The timeless and beautiful design of the kitchen begs for large yummy meals made here. If you’re the chef in the family, you’ll love how immaculate and new everything is. The double-door fridge, glass stovetop and large island let you lay out an epic spread. No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The sizeable second-story deck is perfect for family meals or enjoying a drink. The surrounding views from atop here make this spot unforgettable. Below is a ground-level patio with a walk-out from your recreation room. Step out the door and find yourself among the Purcell Mountains, with alpine views of the Rockies.

LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.

PARKING
You will have access to the single-car garage and driveway during your stay. There is additional street parking available if needed.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

At Chateau Lawrence, you’ll be close to:

Fairmont Hot Springs (1.5km): In just over 5 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont's famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to include in your vacation itinerary.

Lake Windermere/The Whiteway (21 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge. In the summer, this becomes a hot spot to kick back on the sandy beach or rent a boat from Pete's Marina.

Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Fairmont Ski Resort (5 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.

Panorama Mountain Resort (45 km): A world-class ski destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties or events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. As there isn't a garbage removal service in the area, guests are required to remove the garbage and recycling and dispose of them in the respective community bins near the entrance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

The place was above my expectations. It was so big and roomy. The location was perfect for golf and a dip in the hot springs afterwards. What a great treat to go inside for the much needed air conditioning during that heat wave that hit us.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The house is fantastic for a big family and offers a lot conveniences and privacy to all guests. The managers were also very helpful with before and after requests, and shipping a laptop that stayed behind. This was very much appreciated. Sadly one can tell that many renters do not take pride in how they use or leave the property, the carpet bears testimony to that. This house would be perfect if this could be overlooked. Thank you for making our memory-making possible.

We had a such a great weekend away here. Lots of space for our large group (6 adults, 2 kids + dogs). Very well appointed - everything you could need in the kitchen from small appliances to coffee! Really nice outdoor patio off the kitchen - we made great use of this to hang out, play cards and enjoy meals. Our only regret was not booking for longer. The hosts were super accommodating with a last minute request for late check out. Highly recommend staying here!

Renting from them was easy and I felt safe in the process. From arriving to departure, instructions were sent when needed. The property was great for the 8 of us. It is a beautiful property for any time of year. There will be more options come summer, but we found plenty of activities.

Awesome place for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for meals, games and sleeping! Spare beds are doubles which seems small for a couple. Well equipped. Would highly recommend!

This is a great property with lots of space both indoors and out. It was very nicely appointed, we weren’t lacking for anything, and the unit is beautifully decorated. We loved watching the golfers from the huge balcony, sitting in front of the fire in the evening, and even enjoyed using the pool table! We would definitely stay here again.
