"This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to...

"Room was nice and clean but the mattresses need to be rotated from one bed to the other or rotated and flipped if they’re flippable BIG TIME."

"Thank you!"

"Good place to stay"

"Todo muy limpio,y ordenado lo recomiendo mucho la única cosa fue que la televisión no estaba funcionando, pero en todo lo demás 100’/,"

"It had the bones to be a nice place, but no care given to the physical property. The lone person working the desk was quick and attentive, but clearly was not given much to work with. The inner hallway smelled and could use new carpet and paint. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and needed patching and painting, a serious deep cleaning, a new refrigerator that actually worked, drain in tge tub was broken, peeling formica in bathroom, a remote for the TV. "I loved my stay here. I had an amazing room with a nice view of Downtown VB. My room was perfect. I had plenty of space to move around. I slept like a dream. It was quite luxury. I ate a wonderful breakfast and there was plenty of parking. I had a perfect shower. It was a treat staying here!"

"Anthony at check-in was awesome. He went above and beyond for us!"

"Amazing stay! Mrs. Jennifer was welcoming at check-in. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I will most definitely be back! My son is stationed nearby, and this will be the place for our family to stay every time. Amazing hotel!!!!!"
