Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! "

"I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel."

"Noisy traffic, people banging on doors after midnight. Toilet needs caulking so to give it a cleaner look. Dark carpet gives it a dirty feel. Bulbs dont give enough light and good cover for any bugs. Roach stickers on wall to confirm other travelers that bugs are present. The refund fees is overwritten by hotels policy. "The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation."

"It was decent enough for a one night stay. The room was pretty clean, The shower was the size of a shower on a cruise ship maybe a tad bit bigger no bathtub so the bathroom was very small. "Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that."
