This Fairfield Bay, Arkansas Home has gorgeous lake views and is an easy walk to Cool Pool and Tennis Courts. Also Near Marina located on the 40,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake. The house sleeps 7-8 in 3 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and queen beds in other bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms is set up family style with a queen bed and trundle twin beds. There is a coffee bar, full kitchen with 2 eating areas and deck with beautiful views.

Fairfield Bay is an outdoor lover’s paradise. A one-of-a-kind recreation destination: Swim and fish the clear water, Play championship golf and Hike Arkansas’ only mountain island trail to spectacular views. Awarded the City of Distinction for its “Quality of Life”, and “Green Initiatives”. Fairfield Bay showcases stunning mountain scenery, outdoor activities, and friendly people who make The Bay a wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house at Fairfield Bay! The views are absolutely stunning! You can see the lake and the beautiful hills from the many windows in the house or go enjoy the view from the front deck. It's a 2 minute walk to tennis, pickleball or the pool. The common area of the house is really large and open - it was great for a family get away. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for my family plenty of room for 7 of us plus we had family that got to visit and sit on the awesome porch and enjoy the views. Beautiful

The place was comfortable, beautiful and as advertised. The hosts were communicative and great to work with. I'd stay again for our next family visit / vaca. We didn't get to enjoy Fairfield Bay activities, so we have to go back sometime soon!

Lovely place to stay. View of the valley was gorgeous. The condo could have used some serving bowls and a better way to use the TV. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Thank you to the Hackneys who are the property owners.

Hiking and ATV trails

The property was handicapped accessible and close to the cool pool and pool cafe. The costs in the area were very reasonable and there was not a huge number of people when compared to the lake areas in Missouri. There are 8-10 hiking trails close by. The predominant sport is with ATV’s and there are ATV trails all over the area and are marked.

Great location in FFB

Great location close to the cool pool. We had a party just around the corner at one of the private homes, so this worked great for us. Condo is well decorated, and cozy. Great spot to stay.

Convenient

Very convenient to get into property with no stairs. Close to grocery. We were there to visit with family and for a memorial service. Location was very close to where we needed to go. Perfect for what we needed for 4 adults.

Spring Break

Beautiful, peaceful stay. The view alone deserves 5 stars. Wonderful week at this cute condo with our grandkids. They said they would rather be here than at the beach. Very well stocked. The only negative is the king mattress needs to be replaced.
