"We have stayed here for the last 3 years to attend Fan Fusion Phoenix. We keep coming back because of the hot breakfast in the morning, the great staff and the large comfortable rooms. Even the 70s pattern on the couch in the room reminds me of home. The price to park your car is only 18 a night which if you travel to downtown Phoenix you know that is a bargain. It is a 10 minute walk to the convention center but very safe. You can find fancier hotels but we will continue to stay here...it is...

"We were unaware before we arrived but it is made of stacked shipping containers. The units are beautifully decorated and very clean. The linens and beds, including the pull out couch were EXCELLENT! The inside left nothing to be desired. But there is no lobby and no staff on the premises. It is more of an airb&b than a hotel. Communication and check in was by text but they did check up often. Unique experience but overall a good one. Just a little surprising from what we were expecting. "

"This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. "I really liked all the pools and the food and drinks at the pools. I felt like I never had to leave and could stay all day at the resort. It had about 6-7 pools, but one main big pool area had a kids slide, which my son loved. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. They were really flexible with check in and check out and were on top of all of or needs. I stayed for 6 days but could have spent two weeks here. One of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed at.
