"I stayed for two nights. Apparently, the room only gets cleaned for stays of three nights or longer. There were also no phones in the room, which made it difficult to request extra towels. The staff were friendly, though and accommodated with early and late check in"

Ideally located in Chinatown it is close to public transit and within easy walking distance of many of the tourist attractions. The rooftop top pool was an added bonus allowing for a bit of cooldown from the hot weather. Should we return to Singapore we would not hesitate to return again for another stay."

"Great view of the city. Nice pool. Nice employee. Pretty central. Only problem. We reserved for 2 adult + one child but you get a two person room or you have to pay extra for the bed. Our fault however as we forgot to read the fine print. Luckily we always travel with a small travel matress so they where kind to give us linnen and pillow for it. Great hotel. "

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to upgrade our room due to our birthday and anniversary celebration. When the room was not ready, they had us get complimentary drinks at the bar. The property is beautiful with lots of artwork. The views from the room of Marina Bay are spectacular. The buffet breakfast is great as well with both western and Asian options. They also surprised us with champagne, wine and cakes for our celebration. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if ever in Singapore. "
