"Very disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean, especially considering how expensive the stay was. On top of that, I was charged a parking fee by default even though I didn’t have a car. These extra charges are unreasonable and should be clearly explained upfront. For the price they charge, I expected much better cleanliness, service, and transparency. I would not recommend this place unless they improve these issues."
