"I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice. What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!"

"This hotel is fabulous! Very well maintained and beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds! Location is perfect with many sights and restaurant options nearby. Recommend having a drink at the hotel bar before dinner for your traditional italian aperitivo! It's a very relaxing space."

"Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. "A charming little hotel, perfectly located in a safe neighborhood, close to everything. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, with an excellent variety and everything you could wish for! I highly recommend Casa W and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Venice!"

"Just loved all of it"

"Was perfect amazing place absolutely beautiful and clean and perfect location"

"The hotel is in a medieval building just 5 minutes from the transport hub of Piazzale Roma. Reception is up a steep stone staircase, but the Receptionist was happy to help. Room was small but contained everything needed. Breakfast was great, and served by a really lovely lady. I'd stay there again if I return to Venice"

"La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable ! El departamento con el espacio perfecto y la ubicación , cerca de todo , muy contentas"

"I communicated with the staff through Expedia prior to our trip and they were always so patient and helpful in answering my questions. Our room, the view, the breakfast, the boat ride to Murano, the location…it was all even better than we expected. I would highly recommend Santa Chiara!"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful! They let us leave our bags at the property even after we checked out. The breakfast delivered to our room was adorable. It came in a basket with tea, coffee, pastries and snacks to pack for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel."
