Stone Steps Beach is open ! Just Steps Away from the beach.

This beach apt. has stunning ocean views, and is steps away (2 minute walk) from the beach, and walk distance of restaurants, and local shops. Located in the beautiful beach town of Encinitas Neptune , the apartment has been completely remodeled with a boho chic designs to offer our guests a true San Diego experience. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and a sunset happy hour in the afternoon all with a view!

Great communication with owner. Cute place a block from a nice walking beach. House is well stocked, nice quality towels and sheets. Utube tv provided (which was nice since there were bowl games on). All around nice experience.

we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful place to stay. Sarah was very quick to respond and correct an issue when we reached out to her upon arrival. She also replied quickly to a couple of questions we had during our 5-day trip. Very close to beach access. Very clean and in great condition. Close to lots of activities and restaurants. What a wonderful place to reconnect with childhood..

What a beautiful home to be able to relax and reconnect with a beset childhood friend! The sounds of the ocean were amazing echoing through the living room while we were able to relax in nice furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable and we each slept well! It was so wonderful that we're looking to come together again and have another girls' weekend!

This residence is beautifully decorated and in a central location…close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners are very sweet and accommodating as well. We highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect Getaway in Encinitas

The property is well-maintained, in a phenomenal location, and suited perfectly for any length of time in the San Diego area. The hosts are very communicative and helpful.Normally, I would have not reserved a property that’s a part of the host’s dwelling, but this was not like renting a room or a garage apartment. It was a separate unit from the hosts and felt very private. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Lovely stay

We arrived at 11am because they offered us an early check in, and the place is great! Nice ocean breezes and comfy decor. The kitchen has all of the basics, including a spice rack and the sharpest knives of any vacation rental we’ve ever been to (I usually travel with my own). The beds are also very comfortable, and the whole place is well insulated, so quiet. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay

Relaxing near beach

We had a fantastic stay! Extremely clean rental with everything we needed and the host was always quick in responding to any questions. Our stay was relaxing and only steps away from stone steps beach. Local restaurants and stores were a pleasure to visit. Wish our vacation was longer!

Great neighborhood. Clean.

We had the perfect December stay. Place was clean. Beds were comfy. Stocked with everything we needed. Even decorated for Christmas, which was a total bonus! Short walk to Stone Steps beach (lots of stairs, if that's an issue for you). Beach was clean. Great location. Short drive to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Parking was not an issue in Encinitas, which was great! Lots of free side street parking. Close to moonlight beach as well which had lots of activities going on. Host had everything prepared. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Space

A truly fantastic flat, less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Recently renovated, well appointed (decor, kitchen utensils, laundry, etc.) super clean and spacious, there is not a thing that would have made our stay more comfortable. Super responsive hosts in a very safe neighbourhood. We enjoyed the sunset views from the patio/living room and couldn’t have envisioned a better place to stay during our first family vacation with our infant in Encinitas. We will be back!

Perfect getaway for us!

Great location…close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. The house has a deck overlooking the water and best place to see the sunset. The house is light and comfortable.

Beautiful condo, can see and hear the ocean, just a short walk down the steps to the sand. Everything you could ask for! Kitchen and bath were magnificent. Beds do comfy!!
