Hagan's Hideaway

Come enjoy the quiet lifestyle in the charming town of Encinitas. Encinitas is centrally located between San Diego and Orange County with easy freeway and Coaster train access.

Our wonderful, 'Hagan's Hideaway' is beautifully decorated with custom, comfortable furnishings. Although attached (by a shared wall) to a custom home, our studio is very private with it's own entrance and private patio, perfect for, "SOCIAL ISOLATING". Our studio has a queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress, full bath with tub and kitchenette. It also has a fully enclosed patio, for your private outdoor enjoyment.

The small village of Encinitas has many great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Our studio is just two houses from the water with wonderful beaches that are a short walk away. There is opportunity for great surfing, swimming, and stretches of beach for beach combing and long walks. The quiet neighborhood beach, 'Stonesteps' is 1 block to the north and the active 'Moonlight Beach' is 3 blocks to the south with volleyball courts, beach rentals and a snack bar.

Property was first class! Beautiful and charming accommodations and fabulous amenities included. Owners/host live on property and were wonderful! Readily available for any questions. Very cute, clean, and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at Hagan's Hideaway. Jen was an incredibly accommodating host across the entire stay and we had everything we needed. This is in an ideal location, situated perfectly between Moonlight Beach & Stone Steps. Would definitely recommend staying here!

An amazing relaxing getaway

The property felt completely separate from the home. We had the cutest patio, all to ourselves and we felt comfortable letting our dogs have indoor outdoor accessibility while we were gone. The beach is a short walk and is littered with families. There was no hustle and bustle, that summer time beach communities typically attract. Nearly, everything is walking distance. Encinitas has all the perks of great restaurants, beaches, and activities minus the overpopulation of tourists.

Perfect getaway!

Comfortable, clean, cozy, private studio with lovely enclosed patio space. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and restaurants/coffee, yet quiet enough for sleeping. The owners were friendly and helpful, and honestly thought of everything we might need. We plan to stay here again!

Wonderful!

This home was charming and lovely. The courtyard really adds a huge appeal, it’s large, shaded and comfy. We even barbecued one night. The host is fantastic, she checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. When you love the provided shampoo and lotion you know you’re in a great home!

Great Studio, close to the beach, dog friendly

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old yellow lab. The studio is very comfortable and welcoming. Every amenity you would want is there for you to use. Jen made it easy to check in and stayed in touch to ensure we had all we needed. The gated patio was great for our dog. The neighborhood is quiet pet friendly with lots of people walking dogs and a block from the beach. We will be back.

Lovely and relaxing

Just a quiet and beautiful little beach retreat. My husband and I needed a few days at the coast and this was a perfect place to stay. Jen kept in touch so if you have any questions she is a text or call away. The place is sparkling clean with ample linens and towels. We will certainly keep this place on our list for a quick getaway when we need it.

Amazing place and location.

We loved meeting the owners and their dog Max! Having rented many places throughout the country this was one of the best. Spotless property that is in a perfect location. The small private garden is stunning.

Perfect Get-Away Spot

Perfection!

I spent two wonderful nights at this property to re-charge and unwind. Everything about my experience was perfect- the location couldn’t be beat a block from the beach, the owners were sweet and responsive, and the house is immaculate, stylish and orderly. Charming coastal studio

My husband & I enjoyed a quick 2 night stay at Hagan’s Hideaway last week while visiting our son. Perfect location for walking to local shops, beaches & restaurants.....and our favorite place for coffee - Lofty! Also great location for exploring all of the coastal towns near San Diego. Jen & Doug are great hosts!
