Bedroom #1 features a cozy Queen bed alongside a Twin/Twin bunk bed, making it ideal for a mix of guests.

Bedroom #2 is a beautifully renovated Master King Suite, complete with a brand-new mattress and a private bath - offering comfort, privacy, and a peaceful retreat after a sun-filled day.

Level Two:
Bedroom #3 is a stunning Master King Suite with a new mattress, private bath, and direct balcony access. Step outside to take in breathtaking coastal views and enjoy the fresh ocean air from the comfort of your own space.

Bedroom #4 offers another serene Master King Suite, also featuring a new mattress, private bath, and balcony access - allowing you to wake up to beautiful views and enjoy the luxury of your own private bathroom and outdoor escape.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with $200 + tax pet fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
