"The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was good. But, don't let the photos fool you. The location is not great... bit of a grungey area. The shower dribbled out. The linen was old. There's a smell of damp. The TV never worked. If you're backpacking, then it's good value. But if you're looking for something better, maybe look elsewhere."

"Had a good stay overall. Staff was very responsive and helpful throughout. He accommodated my request to change the room based on availability, which I really appreciated. The stay matched the description perfectly."

"Staff was very nice"

"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent urine odor throughout our entire stay, making it very unpleasant. The room lacked basic amenities such as towel racks and a wardrobe, and the television never worked. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, our concerns were consistently ignored. The breakfast was decent, offering about five to six items, but that was the only positive aspect of our experience. Prior to our arrival, I sent messages regarding the airport...

"This hotel is close to Terminal 3 and a good place to spend the night to catch early flight. The front reception lady, Ms. Pooja is very nice and goes out of her way to help guests. The hotel is nice, clean but the room given to me (#004) was very noisy, had tough time to sleep. Overall it's a clean hotel but noise is definitely an issue."
