"設備面で、ドライヤーのコードがぐるぐる巻きなので、使った時にスパークしたので、交換をお願いした。 シャワーの水温が低すぎて温まれなかった。 しかし、スタッフの方々が困った時にとても親切に対応してくれた。"

"The staff were fantastic and breakfast was wonderful each day."

"A great hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning offering a welcome drink and helping with our baggage and offering services they had."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"It was very lovely"

"Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

"Very cost effective and friendly staffs"

"Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, schönes ruhiges Zimmer, ausgestattet mit Wasser und Zahnbürsten etc. Perfekt zentral gelegen, sehr gutes WLAN."

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

"Top tier spot, worth it. Very happy with the staff and the rooms were good. Close to everything."

"Very spacious hotel rooms. Everything in the room shows quality craftsmanship. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend."

"The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...
