Unfortunately, no a/c but for the window over looking a busy state hwy 101(earplugs offered!), no television aside from the 15" flat-screen for DVDs (no satellite nor local tv) and no "continental breakfast" except for a keurig option. All of these features were listed as room features, but were not included nor available."

"There was no one there to meet us, help out or talk with. ….only a phone number to text if there was a problem. We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping. I remember the pix...

"Very close to the beach just a couple block walk. Very clean room."

"We had multiple issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the provided lockbox code did not work. After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable throughout our stay, making even basic use...

"I Absolutely Loved staying at here! The staff Greets you! They give you a tour of the place. They make everything feel so Relaxing, Safe, Secure and most of all Very Welcome! Our room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The Staff is so Pleasant. I would Highly recommend staying here to my Family and Friends! When we come back to explore more of the coast we will definitely be staying here again."

"It is centered in a great location for the festivities but checking in was cumbersome. You have to drive to a different hotel and it was 15 min walk and they said you could have the car towed without a pass. It would have been nice to know more about the check-in process we saw other people experiencing the same issue as they arrived."
