Cozy & stylish cottage w/pool, St. Augustine

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our pool house has all you need for a comfortable, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. Completely remodeled in February 2022, Moana Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers.

Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach.

Our lovely pool house features a queen size bed and a twin bed. Full bathroom with large shower; kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven, and microwave. A charcoal BBQ is also available.

Relax or enjoy a meal on the covered deck. A fire pit is also available on property.

Moana Place has a strict maximum of three guests, including children. For larger families or groups, please check out our two other vacation rentals on the same property.

After a day visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, relax or dip in the pool. Please note there are two other vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between all three. Pool towels and toys are provided.

This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach.

We are fortunate to be adjacent to the River-to-Sea bike loop, part of Florida's 300-mile rails to trails cycling loop. Feel free to borrow a bike and ride the six-mile paved path though the beauty of "Old Florida."

Moana Place is located in a country setting and Wifi might be slow at times. Verizon works well in the area.

Newly renovated, cute cabin

The property is secluded and has its own pool. The night lights are strings of colorful Christmas lights which is very whimsical. The cabin is very clean and the little details are make the place feel like home.

Cabin

We very much enjoyed our stay. We really liked the location as it’s in a rural area yet minutes from all the popular St Augustine locations. While we didn’t make use of the in-ground pool but we did enjoy quiet late afternoons setting out by it. My wife also got a kick out of feeding carrots to the horses. I accepted the challenge of making friends with a couple skittish cats (only got one to make friends with me). We stayed in the smallest of the 3 cabins so if you have a bigger family there are other larger cabins. Anyway if you’re looking to stay in the St Augustine area and need a place to stay this is your place.

Set back in the country/ recommend it!

We had such a great stay at this property, between the peaceful nature and horses to just enjoying the pool. Was so nice to shut things off for a couple days and relax, and don’t worry door dash and Uber still work out here! 10/10 recommendations would stay again!

Perfect and Quiet Getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay at Moana place and the owner Emanuelle welcomed us to her farm and made us feel so welcome! Loved waking up to the horses in the pasture as well!

Vacation

My family had a wonderful time. The house was decorated as shown and was so nice inside! The area is very quiet. The horses on site were very friendly as well. It was only a 20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and was a nice alternative to staying in town.

Nice, Cozy Lil Vacation Spot

This small, cozy cottage/pool house was wonderfully decorated/ staged for its occupants. It had all the required necessities for our extended weekend stay. Pleasant host.
