"Wonderful hotel with spacious 1 br suite includimg full sized refrigerator. Dishwasher. Couch, chsir and second tv. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage, Waffles, etc. All for a low price you woyld expect for a basic room. Will look for thus chain and hotel again."

"I liked that this location was very clean and well taken care of. I didnt like that the room had a bit of an echo and space heater/ac in the room was a little loud but i made due i would stay again. Also the key cards need an update there were a few times i thought i wasnt getting back into the room or the back entrances of the building because of the sensors "

"It is downtown Chippewa Falls, so there are shops around it. There is a coffee shop right next to it for coffee lovers!! The negative was the traffic noise but we still had a great sleep!!"

"Very clean and staff was helpful and polite. Nice location close to town and eating places."

"We enjoyed our stay. Just done minor things that need attention. Bathroom door handle is almost falling off...AC unit is pretty loud but we like noise while we sleep. Small area to eat in for breakfast. We ended up just bringing back to the room. We would be back. The staff was A+."

"There's no pool and no breakfast "

"The hotel was verry nice although it is in down town and our view from our window was an empty lot. The restaurant and bar are in the hotel and that is very convenient. However it’s primarily vegan which we are not. The spices and sauces on the food were intense and foreign to us and thus we really didn’t like the dinners we ate. The wait staff was great. Probably a one time deal for us."

"Nice, clean and all essentials you need including mini kitchenette, all soaps and lotions in shower. Beds super comfy, 4 pillow on each bed and super quiet. Only issue was poor water pressure in shower with no options to change, but it’s now our go to going forward when we visit Eau Claire. Service at check in and check out was cheery and fast. Lots of options to eat and drink surround hotel with easy access on/off highway, "

"The property was super nice. As we were there for a medical appt. we did not expect our room to be so fancy and the pool/hot tub area was great!! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! The elevators were a bit scary for my grandson but he soon got over his fear. "
