"Super service !!! Hicham et Ibtissam (les hôtes) sont d’un accueil ultra chaleureux. Ils sont aux petits soins tout le temps et a n’importe quel moment. Le riad est bien situé par rapport a la medina. Mais attention seul bémol hyper difficilement accessible en voiture et faut marcher entre le parking en extérieur et la medina pour y arriver. "

"The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city. It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi. The staff is helpful and kind. We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio. We recommend be a guest at this Riad."

"My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. "Very nice traditional Moroccan building, staff and owner very helpful and easily available. Tasty breakfast. Arrangement of taxi to the hotel and train station (do use their service), good advice on where to eat. They arranged a guided tour for us by an extremely knowledgeable and tireless guide. I would stay again if I return to Fes."

"A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city. Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "

"My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez."

"Asmaa was the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person. The property was beautiful and our room — and especially its bathroom — were amazing! Everything about our stay was perfect!"

"The property is lovely and in a great location. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable and the plunge pool was refreshing. Both Younes and Khadiga were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Fes."

"Quaint Riad in the heart of the Medina. Paul and Staff were fantastic. Peaceful and relaxing from our balcony overlooking the lush gardens in the center of the property. Pool is small but great for cooling off. Onsite restaurant is 5 out of 5 for food and wait staff. Really cant go wrong with this place. "

"It was a great experience in this beautiful place with very polite and friendly staff. They offer a complete breakfast generously and the other meals that they provide are very delicious and at a reasonable price. "

"It was Fabulous! I stayed in the white suite. It was larger then the photos and overlooks the courtyard. The patio is huge. Bathroom was wonderful. It’s on the second floor. Hotel is very quiet and safe with great food! Service amazing and spotless. I would go just to stay and enjoy the hotel. I took a private cooking class and it was informative about the history and very fun. Great place. Did not use the pool but it looked so inviting and peaceful. The pictures does not do this...
