Staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The location is a bit further out which means you should plan travel accordingly. The rooms were clean and the staff gave you all the information you needed if you had to contact them.

"The hotel is located in the centre of Hereford. I really enjoyed my stay, I particularly liked the beautiful vintage interior of the building and next time I travel to Hereford I would consider booking this accommodation again."

"Unexpectedly an excellent nights sleep for a young family. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, well maintained, had very welcoming staff & Yorkshire tea in the rooms. The curtains were heavy black out, the windows kept the noise out, the mattress felt new and supportive & a fan was provided ..."
