    This luxuriously spacious apartment has been flawlessly curated and furnished, offering everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay in Edinburgh. It comprises three double bedrooms, three stylish bathrooms, a living area with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

    The living room boasts a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and chairs, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The stunningly spacious and beautifully designed dining area can seat up to eight guests. Check in process very easy, the rooms were on the 4th floor (100 stairs) no lift, may be a challenge for those with physical disabilities.Bedrooms clean, great beds, linen and towels. Living area good, kitchen area was not clean, old food in freezer, food residue inside kettle, basic supplies (dish soap, tea, coffee) was limited or not provided. There were 3 ironing boards but no iron, we contacted owner but our request not responded to.The location is excellent! on the Royal Mile close to buses, restaurants, pubs, the Castle and Holyrood.
