📍 Location & neighbourhood

🚅 🚃 ✈️ Getting around couldn't be easier. Haymarket Station, mainline trains and the tram straight to the airport, is a short walk, and Princes Street and the Old Town are just 10–15 minutes on foot. Leave the car, and you can reach almost everything that matters without it. The icons are all close by.

🏰 Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Princes Street sit within about two miles (a lovely walk in), the city's museums and galleries are free to enter, and Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Park reward you with the best views in Edinburgh.

For events, the address is golden. Murrayfield Stadium is a 15-minute walk, made for the Six Nations rugby and the big concerts, and Tynecastle (Hearts FC) is barely five minutes away.

During the August festivals and Hogmanay, when the city fills, and parking disappears, your own private space to leave the car is worth its weight in gold. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is also a short walk, ideal for business stays.
