With a buffet I expected more items on the menu and some of the pastry and hot food tasted quite stale which was disappointing considering the price. Overall, lovely hotel."

"The location of this hotel can't be beat! The castle, stadium and tons of shops/restaurants were all within walking distance. The staff was so kind and helpful. However, the rooms were quite dingy and they dont allow you to take your room key out of the hotel."

Admittedly it was at the end of the heatwave and despite a fan working full blast every surface in the room was not warm but hot, only one window would open 4" max. The suite overlooked the inner yard with massive pipework and heating units with a huge steel chimney beside our window. My hairbrush was hot on the shelf in the bathroom the toilet seat was hot and there was no window or vent. I had to get up twice in...
