"This is a perfect lake house for a couple or a small family. There was plenty of room for me, my wife, and 2 kids. We met the owners and they were very friendly and accommodating! We all enjoyed swimming around the dock and caught some bream and catfish from the dock. We took the provided kayaks out and caught some bass too! We loved everything about it and will definitely be back again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!"

"Owner was very responsive and nice. House looks like it was in the middle of being renovations that ended up abandoned. There is scrap wood, paint cans, and debris in every closet and around the exterior of the house. There is one remote that operates all three televisions in the house, so you cannot watch TV individually. Shower is also very stained and looks filthy. The location is very nice, beautiful views from the front of the house, and well located for local stores and eateries."

"Pluses:Our time with gathered family was priceless. The inside of the house was great- just like the pictures. Beds were super comfortable and towels plentiful. Also, we had our choice of tools in the kitchen for cooking. Blackstone grill top was a big plus, as well. Cons:Many rugs and the outdoor porch furnishings were quite stained. We laid towels down on the screened porch sofa to sit. We removed the leaves and sticks on the porches and unfortunately, the promised hammock and dining umbrella...

"We sooo loved our stay! Infact, after the very first night we extend our stay for another day!!! It was our best family vacation so far. We swam for hours (my 7 year old, 4 year old & I) off the deck while my husband was fishing and kayaking around! We later on all went kayaking! We played board games & cooked, we drove an hour to majestic caverns to see that, went to bass pro, dg was just like 3 miles down the road so if we really needed something we could go there, walmart was about 25 mins in...
