Note - Like many Cape houses, we do not supply linens and towels. And No Smoking or Pets. Additionally, due to the window A/C units, after September 15, or once the high temperature has been below 65°F for two consecutive days prior to that, the window A/C units will be removed, and cooling will no longer be available. This allows the heating system to maintain a habitable, warm temperature inside the cottage.

This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! We loved sitting outside around the fire at the end of long days out enjoying different parts of the Cape. We also loved being able to easily get to so many beaches within just 10-15 minutes from here. We couldn't have imagined a better or more communicative host! Thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect amount of space

Went with 6 other women for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of space for all of us with enough space for more. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. About a 45 minute drive to Ptown close to the beach and stores. Enjoyed the fire pit area and the parking space

Our group enjoyed Fern Road as part of a larger family reunion in Eastham. The property was clean and serviceable, the wifi worked well for the remote workers among us, and the owners were very responsive. The location is quiet w good access to the rail trail and bay beaches. Enjoyed the fire pit while playing a summer Olympic version of corn hole ...

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property with walkability a beautiful bayside beach. The outdoor fire pit with firewood provided was a great perk. The host was a fantastic communicator and made the check in and out process easy. There was only 5 of us but 8+ could easily have stayed comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and outdoor shower.

Wonderful Stay

Property was as described with very attentive owners who checked in with us upon arrival and provided almost immediate responses to our inquiries. The house was the perfect size for our group (5 adults and two small children) over a two week period. It was clean, comfortable, and we’ll located. The yard provided a great play space for the kids. You couldn’t ask for better hosts.

Comfortable Property in a Great Location

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at 10 Fern Road. The property is in a great location. My husband and I enjoyed walking in the maze of unpaved roads all leading to Campground Beach. We were also able to get around on scenic back roads and avoid traffic on Rt 6. The house is comfortable and has everything one might need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious with good, sizable closets. The master bath is quite small however, but the other two baths are fine. The living area is also a bit small for a larger group, but the seating is comfortable and cozy. There is a nice back yard and deck with a grill. In general, we felt very safe and had a lot of privacy. We had the good fortune of meeting Eniola. Our stay was in the fall so he came to remove the air conditioning units and put on the heat. He was engaging and very interested in some of our suggestions about the property. I would highly recommend 10 Fern and hope to return again next fall.

Great location near a beautiful beach

My family stayed here for the weekend. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Plenty of good food options a short drive away. Classic cape house with comfortable accommodations and plenty of space. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.
