  • ¡Bienvenido a tu escapada de verano! Esta hermosa casa se encuentra a 3 minutos en coche de 2 playas públicas y a un corto paseo de una playa privada. La casa está al oeste de Herring Brook Rd. en el lado de la bahía de esta hermosa ciudad. Con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, esta casa tiene un montón de espacio para acomodar a su familia o invitados de fuera de la ciudad. Pase tiempo de calidad con la luminosa terraza acristalada, dos cubiertas, ducha al aire libre, parrilla y hoguera. La casa viene con ese rápido Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime Video y HBO. Además, un montón de juguetes de playa y juegos de mesa.

    La temporada alta de junio a agosto, la casa se alquila por semana, de sábado a sábado.

We had a wonderful time and the home was just as described.Great location in Eastham and close to beaches. Eniola was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! We loved sitting outside around the fire at the end of long days out enjoying different parts of the Cape. We also loved being able to easily get to so many beaches within just 10-15 minutes from here. We couldn't have imagined a better or more communicative host! Thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay.

Overall this was a great place! Super cute and clean, responsive hosts, and plenty of room for our group. The fire pit and outdoor shower were both a great bonus for us too. No complaints, just a heads up. When they say no linens, they mean nothing. We only brought beach and shower towels and bed linens but found that we still needed hand towels, kitchen towels, and a bath mat. Also, the beach was a bit far to walk with our beach gear so we drove, which was fine, but Thumpertown Beach's lot is very small (10-15 spots) so we were glad we were there before peak season. Beautiful sunsets over the water at this beach

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property with walkability a beautiful bayside beach. The outdoor fire pit with firewood provided was a great perk. The host was a fantastic communicator and made the check in and out process easy. There was only 5 of us but 8+ could easily have stayed comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and outdoor shower.

July 2024 one week stay

Our group enjoyed Fern Road as part of a larger family reunion in Eastham. The property was clean and serviceable, the wifi worked well for the remote workers among us, and the owners were very responsive. The location is quiet w good access to the rail trail and bay beaches. Enjoyed the fire pit while playing a summer Olympic version of corn hole ...

Perfect amount of space

Went with 6 other women for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of space for all of us with enough space for more. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. About a 45 minute drive to Ptown close to the beach and stores. Enjoyed the fire pit area and the parking space

Wonderful Stay

Property was as described with very attentive owners who checked in with us upon arrival and provided almost immediate responses to our inquiries. The house was the perfect size for our group (5 adults and two small children) over a two week period. It was clean, comfortable, and we’ll located. The yard provided a great play space for the kids. You couldn’t ask for better hosts.

Comfortable Property in a Great Location

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at 10 Fern Road. The property is in a great location. My husband and I enjoyed walking in the maze of unpaved roads all leading to Campground Beach. We were also able to get around on scenic back roads and avoid traffic on Rt 6. The house is comfortable and has everything one might need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious with good, sizable closets. The master bath is quite small however, but the other two baths are fine. The living area is also a bit small for a larger group, but the seating is comfortable and cozy. There is a nice back yard and deck with a grill. In general, we felt very safe and had a lot of privacy. We had the good fortune of meeting Eniola. Our stay was in the fall so he came to remove the air conditioning units and put on the heat. He was engaging and very interested in some of our suggestions about the property. I would highly recommend 10 Fern and hope to return again next fall.

Great stay in Eastham!

We had a great week on Fern Road! The cottage worked really well for our group! It was also an added bonus to have AC throughout the house since the weather was so warm!

Our visit was fabulous and the location of the property could not have been any better. Off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and other amenities. Highly recommend....

Centrally located

This house is in a great location. Everything is as described and communication with the owner was wonderful. Only downside if I had to pick something is the bathrooms are a little small but that is absolutely it.

Great location near a beautiful beach

My family stayed here for the weekend. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Plenty of good food options a short drive away. Classic cape house with comfortable accommodations and plenty of space. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.
