Inside, you’ll find a cozy and well-appointed layout featuring a bright living area with stunning water views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and two first-floor bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. A sleeping loft upstairs provides two additional twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests.

A powerful AC wall unit in the main living space keeps the home cool and comfortable, even reaching the loft and bedrooms. Outside, enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the bay, fire up the gas grill for dinner, and rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a swim.

This classic Cape Cod cottage blends comfort with an unforgettable waterfront setting—your front-row seat to Eastham’s stunning sunsets!

Dreamy stay on the bay

Loved staying at this property! It's all about the view and the adirondacks. House was a perfect size for our family-of-four, it felt like home. Biggest drawback of the house was the uncomfortable mattresses. It was also slightly removed from the ideal sandbar experience, which was just a 5-min walk down the beach.

September Sunsets

This was a beautiful little place on the stunning Eastham Bay. The September weather was perfect and the sunsets never get old. So peaceful at a very unsettled time. Thank you!

Unbeatable Views

Beautiful and clean house in an unbeatable location. Listing is extremely accurate. The only thing that I think should be mentioned in the listing is that the parking area is very tight. We had a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a Subaru Impreza and were barely able to get them both in the driveway while still being able to open the doors. Everything else about this house was amazing and we will be renting again.

Beautiful & relaxing!!! Great for kids!

My husband and I, and our 2 kids had an AMAZING time at this adorable water front house. The house it’s self was so cute and inviting, was just the right size (could have actually fit 2 more people), and was in an unbelievable location. The back deck was my absolute favorite. Sitting out there, able to watch our kids while they played during low tide, relaxing in the sun, or under the moon was exactly what we needed. We saw about 15 shooting stars in one clear night! When the tide is low, you can walk out on the beach at least a mile! When the tide is high the water comes right up to the rocks, but was never too rough. It was so fun kayaking, and paddle boarding around. It’s truly amazing. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend it to anyone. I’m wishing I was there right now!
