My place is located in beatiful Stoliv - Kotor Bay.

The house has an excellent location with seawiev in a quiet area and only 5 m from the sea with a private pier 90m2.

New in 2022 Spa and Pool Area

The penthouse (entire floor) is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Made to feel welcome

We had a lovely few days at Penthouse Stoliv. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel as if nothing was too much bother. I would recommend taking a boat trip from the jetty, wandering around Kotor, walking up to the church on the hill above the house and going on the Kotor cable car. Also Restaurant Margarite a 10 minute walk away.

Phenomenal Villa, Idyllic Location

The Penthouse Stoliv 12 is situated on an amazing lot along the Bay of Kotor. Surrounded by majestic peaks with beautiful stone house villages (Perast!) gracing the shoreline, the property is a great staging area for excursions to the local attractions (Kotor) and slightly further destinations (Budva, Sveti Stefan, Skadar). The problem was convincing the kids to leave the villa itself. With a beautiful and HUGE terrace and a jetty in front of the house which was the literal launching pad for so many leaps into the Bay of Kotor), the villa was a vacation destination in of itself. Nice walking opportunities to good local Konobas (restaurants) and a trail walk to a beautiful church above the property. For those who do not want to drive, a bus conveniently can be hailed in front of the property to Kotor or Tivat, or the waterfront Konobas that abound in the area. The host (Daniel) operates out of Sweden and was incredibly nice and responsive, but the best was the hostess (Daniel’s mom) who lives in a unit two levels below of the penthouse level that could be everyone’s grandmother! Fantastic place, fantastic location.

Great views and unique location

While not walking distance to city it is a perfect peaceful sea view and location surrounded by beautiful mountains of Montenegro and boats sailing by - all viewable throughout home from an expansive outdoor deck; traditional living in Kotor feel ; access to boat dock for pick up and a day tour of the bay . Host able to provide suggestions and setup for restaurants and guided boat tours as needed . Clean and great hosts !

Stunning views and perfect home for our stay!

We were a party of 5 couples and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The property is broken up into 2 levels and 3 separate adorable units. The upstairs unit has 3 bedrooms and a magnificent huge panoramic view deck which was a perfect spot for morning coffee. The views were really incredible! The lower level has 2 1 bedroom units with kitchens and bathrooms and were very well equipped and comfortable. All units were very clean and well stocked. The owners mother lives in the home at the bottom of the hill and she was adorable. She met us and gave us the keys. Check in and check out were very easy. She also knits slippers which we bought from her as souveniers. The home is conveniently located only a short drive away from the main town but far enough away that there was no noise. There is a private dock out front with chairs so if you want to jump in the crystal clear water it is very easy to do. The only regret I have is that we didn't stay here longer. I will definitely be back to this property!!
