"My Grandma was in town due to my Grandpa being airlifted to the hospital in critical condition; all other family lives states away. My Grandma was utterly exhausted and unfamiliar with the area so I booked her hotel. The front desk concierge was unbelievably helpful, he went above and beyond our expectations by ensuring my Grandma's check in was seamless, he helped her get to her room, and then he contacted me to reassure me she made it safely. He was a shining light to our terrible situation....

"Clean room. Looks just like the photos. Simple, functional, no-nonsense. Checkin super easy, front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast is also simple and does the job (cereal, hardboiled eggs, danish, bagels, bread for toast, yogurt, juice). Tidy presentation and no problem with 4 tables (unlike another review...only saw 2 other ppl, plenty of space)."

"Duane provided excellent service when I checked in. He asked if I had stayed previously, which I had not. He carefully explained the hotel lay out and benefits of choosing Drury Inn and Suites. I found the open dinner and breakfast options were fantastic. And, the complimentary cocktails each evening were the "cherry on the sundae". I will most likely return when I visit Phoenix in the future."
