I assumed (incorrectly) that the phone number on office door was to be used while office was open. "The property was clean and modern. Would help to have better road signage and road entrance markings. The road side is very loud with trucks using brake retarders early in the morning. Should not be allowed in small towns and rural areas in my view. It is nice to have a clean and well maintained hotel for frequent family visits."

An exterminator was at the property when we pulled up, and after taking pictures of the cockroaches in our room that the front desk person acknowledged had been an ongoing problem, they refused to allow me to speak with a manager in person or via phone and denied me a refund for the room I couldn’t stay in. "Room was very clean "

"The room was over all clean- the housekeeper did a good job. But the deep cleaning wasn't done- the carpet, furniture and curtains were all stained with many stains and there was mildew on the silicone in the shower. The breakfast was great! We didn't have any problems with the staff."

"I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep. The owners are so kind and helpful, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area!"

"I had a great time at the Grand Hotel. The place is beautiful with vintage hints but very well kept! The rooms are spacious very clean and mine had a jetted tub. My room was directly outside the indoor pool which was super cute and convenient . The restaurant and bar was amazing! Great food and drinks and all the staff were very nice"
