"Very nice cabin. Secluded but yet close to raystown and trough creek parks. Had everything we needed. Host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely worth going! Hope to go back in the fall."

"We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. "Cozy Cabin is a comfortable and clean property. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we spent time indoors and on the covered porch. Heather was very nice to work with and we would rent this cabin again. Cozy Cabin was close to 7 points marina, and Raystown Resort. "

"The place is beautiful. There was plenty of parking. The fire pit is convenient to the bottom floor, so easy access to get s'more's supplies. The owner is friendly and accessible through the VRBO app. The beds had freshly laundered sheets wrapped in plastic. We had a wonderful time."

"We took a group of high school students for a fly fishing trip. The property was perfect for the group. They fished on the pond, played soccer, made s’mores, and played ghost in the graveyard. We would come back!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. The setting is amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. When there was a minor issue with the house during our stay, there was someone on site within the hour. You won't be disappointed with the house, the views, or the hosts. 5 stars all the way!"

"Beautiful property. Ony challenges were that the address was not provided in the check in email so had to reach out for that. And the listing indicated it had a pull-out bed which we needed for the second guest and the bed is not functional, so the second person had to sleep on the couch which was not great. But otherwise, a fine experience"
