"The hotel was good. Nothing wrong or anything, I’ve just preferred other hotels in Japan."

"Schönes modernes Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!"

"Find that the cleanliness of the room is well maintained. The check in process can only start at 3pm and find it messy."

"The hotel was not as well located as we thought. It is attached to a huge shopping mall and is a pretty lengthy walk or cab ride to any attractions. It is huge and seems to service very large groups. Breakfast on the second floor was okay, but not well organized and required long waits just to get scrambled eggs. The hotel is clean and the staff were generally pleasant, but I would not stay there again when visiting Osaka."

"Will stay again"

"We had the spacious room, which lived up to its name! The room was great, very generous amenities in the room, and the breakfast buffet was enormous! We loved this hotel. It was super convenient for USJ, and a great view across the water. Highly recommend."

"Rooms were very clean and the property is very well maintained I would recommend everyone to stay there"

"Thumbs up for me ! Staff was helpful"

"Great property and excellent value. Breakfast was odd. food was not very close to what is on North American menus. Other than that we had a great time. Close to the park and drinks were really good."

"Hotel was very clean, rooms were very spacious for 2 travelers and and the amenities were great. It is located right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. This hotel is also connected to the Shinsaibashi Station. Would highly recommend this property."
