"A wonderful property - the pool was very popular with my kids"

"We had a wonderful time at Toad Hall. We stayed for a week while our son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It takes 10 min to get there from the house. The house was beautiful, clean and a beautifully curated 200 year old home. It was such a unique home to stay in! Plenty of space. The grounds were beautiful. Our kids loved the pool and chickens! The owner was wonderful and extremely responsive and gracious. We had a wonderful visit and vacation. Thank you for a memorable week! We highly...

"Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay."

"This place is absolutely incredible. We had the families of our baseball team all stay together (24 total) plus our boys on the last night. There was tons of room and proximity to the park made this place worth every penny. Lots of entertainment for siblings on site, super clean…highly recommend!!"

"Wonderful place, especially for location to Dreams Park and amenities for families."

"Beautiful location, charming cottage. The host was welcoming and friendly."

"Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!"

"The house was beautiful and the owner was so thoughtful and helpful! We will definitely be back!"

"A perfect location for a family visiting the All Star Village tournament. The house is extremely clean and we enjoyed the wide open spaces and beautiful views of the Cooperstown area. The hosts were friendly and responsive and I would recommend this enjoyable rental."

"Clea, quiet, and close to everything"

"Here's a balanced, constructive review that reflects a 4-star experience:** (4/5)**Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight. It was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place for our group to relax and spend time together. The house was clean for the most part, although there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that kept it from being a five-star experience. The oven was very dirty upon arrival, and while the kitchen was...

"House was as advertised and a good property. Owner was prompt and helped us with a couple of requests. It was an easy drive into Cooperstown and I’d recommend it. Kids loved the games in the garage."

"We were enthusiastic about the proximity to Cooperstown and the rural quiet of the farm meadow. The host was very helpful with the written description of access and responsive to our requests, showing their concern and care for their customers. Upon arrival, we found dirty flatware, dishes, and cooking pots/pans. The bathroom and dining area were impressively clean, but we found the floor surprisingly not clean. Quite thankfully the weather was cool and we did not need to use the noisy air...

"A bit pricey for what you get but overall happy with the place. Beds were comfortable and place was as described. There was no pre-stay information emailed ahead of time and I had reach out to the host multiple times to understand the checkin procedures. We also had issues with the fan/light remote that took a few days to resolve and the smoke alarm chirped throughout one night but was resolved the next morning."

"We are obsessed with this property. Everything start to finish was absolutely amazing. The house is simply stunning, very well maintained l, beautiful and modern. We ran in to multiple family members taking care of the on site horses and everyone was so lovely and took the time to chat with our kids and let them pet the horses. Would recommend this house to anyone headed to Cooperstown or the surrounding area!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Can’t say enough good things about our experience! The house was amazing, the pool was awesome and the views were incredible!! Even though we don’t play at Cooperstown again with our kids, we will be back and stay at this property again!!"
