"The space was just what we needed for my husband and I. The space would be small for more than two people. The table was awkward to access and only had the one bench, no chairs for the opposite side. We only slept there because we were busy with our grandson's baseball tournament. It was so quiet and peaceful. We did not cook at all or have time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, although we did enjoy watching the family of turkeys in the morning. "The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. Not much for food options there, but the next town of Herkimer has some. As for the kitchen, the fridge had bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Also, there was ice in the freezer- thank you for that. The host was pretty good at communicating. The apartment had just enough space for our family of six. "The house was very clean and well equipped. The house manager was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I didn’t realize there was no central AC. AC units were in all of the bedrooms. I opened windows as AC units were loud. It is off a county highway, the cars driving by were loud with the windows open. It was clean, has a washer and dryer and was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator and 2 full bathrooms. It was very close to the Dreams Park and that is why we selected this...
